Q: What is a Installment Loan?
A:
A Installment Loan, or payday advance, is an easy way to get a cash advance until your next paycheck.

Q: What can I use a loan for?
A:
You can use the loan for car bills, phone bills, or whatever you want.

Q: What are the requirements for approval?
A:
You will need to have a valid checking account for at least 3 months, your current job for at least 3 months, and direct deposit.

Q: How much will this cost?
A:
Our fee is $30.00 for every $100.00 borrowed.

Q: What if I have poor credit?
A:
No problem. We don't require that you have any credit history.

Q: How soon can I receive my cash advance?
A:
We can approve your application just minutes after you have faxed us copies of all required documents If your loan application is filed and completed before 9:00 am (PST), we can deposit funds into your account that business day or the next. The exact timing depends on your bank.

Q: What documents do you require me to fax in?
A:
Currently we do not require any faxing if you have access to a computer. In some instances, it may be necessary to fax us your personal voided check or your most recent bank statement.

Q: When will I hear from you?
A:
After completed the online application, we will contact you by phone within one hour about the status of your loan. You can also call us immediately after completing your application at 1-877-991-2288.

Q: How do I receive the cash, and how do I repay the loan?
A:
When you apply for a loan, you authorize us to directly deposit the approved amount into your account. You also authorize us to directly withdraw from your account on your next payday for the same amount advanced plus our fee. Normally, if we do not hear from you 3 days before your loan is due, we will automatically renew your loan and the new due date is your next payday.

Q: How do I know that the amount you withdraw from my account is the amount you say?
A:
As a Lender, we are subjected to laws and regulations that regulate our lending practices. The amount we withdraw from your account will be the amount that you have authorized.

Q: How do you determine the amount of money to advance me?
A:
The maximum amount that we will advance is 1/3 of your biweekly net (take home) wages.

Q: How do I determine my due date?
A:
All loans are due on your next payday. The typical loan is for a two week period.

Q: Can I renew my Installment Loan?
A:
Yes. If you wish, you can pay an additional processing fee to renew your loan until your next payday (18-day maximum).

Q: Can I pay my loan back early?
A:
Yes. Contact us to let us know that you want us to debit your account earlier than the due date.
